Job Title: Supply Chain Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor master files, processing administrative tasks, and providing first-line system support. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and support our procurement and business operations.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain vendor master files and records.Process general administrative tasks as directed.Administer the Vendor Master Inbox, quickly processing requests, resolving issues, and responding to stakeholder inquiries.Set up new vendors and update current vendor details, including addresses and contact information.Report activities to support tactical procurement and business operations.Provide first-line system support for external supplier partners regarding data issues.Educate employees on the system and create training materials.Essential SkillsExpertise in supply chain management.Proficiency in ERP systems.Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.A Bachelor's Degree from a top supply chain program.A minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in creating training materials.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.Problem-solving skills.Work Environment

The position operates within a professional office setting, utilizing various technologies and equipment to support supply chain operations. Standard business hours apply, with occasional requirements for extended hours to meet deadlines. Dress code is business casual.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Long Beach, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.05/hr.
