Job Description
The temporary Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for optimizing supply chain and warehouse operations through effective order allocation, inventory reconciliation, data analysis, and scrap monitoring. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to support transportation logistics, provide exceptional customer service, manage returns, and collaborate with the broader Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
Allocate orders efficiently to support service levels and operational efficiency.Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate stock levels and reduce discrepancies.Monitor and document scrap materials, ensuring proper reporting and compliance.Coordinate with transportation team providers to schedule shipments, track deliveries, and resolve logistical issues.Support transportation planning and communication to ensure timely product movement.Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding order status, returns, and inquiries.Oversee the returns process to ensure accurate and efficient handling of returned goods.Partner with the Supply Chain team to align warehouse and supply chain activities with broader business objectives.Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes.Prepare and present reports on supply chain and warehouse performance metrics, inventory levels, and operational challenges.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity across systems.Essential Skills
