The Supply Chain Analyst supports enterprise supply chain operations by analyzing business and operational data, developing reporting and dashboards, and driving insights that improve service levels, efficiency, and decision-making across the supply chain network.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

Work on projects and assignments as part of a work team. Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts. Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical imagination to address business challenges. Conduct analysis, integration, and coordination of various elements in assigned area of supporting supply chain. Collaborate with necessary functions/positions to develop, monitor, and improve reporting. Help analyze and recommend improvements on business processes related to data. Maintain, improve, and provide recommendations on the assigned Supply Chain function using BI software, SF dashboards, & SAP ECC reporting. Develop new processes and procedures to deliver value-added supply chain analytical services to support management decision making process. Monitor output and drive continuous improvement with each defined metric. Recommend new ways to track CS Service Level Agreements & performance of orders/cases. Review existing Domo cards and root analyze data anomalies, gather requirements for new historical reporting needs & improve current data requirement structures. May be responsible for additional responsibilities as defined by area such as sales operations planning and freight.   Perform other duties as needed.

 

 

Required Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.    2-4 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.   

 

Preferred Experience:

 

SAP OTC & SCM a plus, Power BI analytics including Data Visualization & Dashboards; Advanced Excel preferred. Experience with SQL preferred.

 

 

Competencies:

Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards. Highly analytical Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
