Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Job Description
The Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing supply chain operations by conducting data analytics, developing dashboards, and automating processes. This role involves a blend of data analysis, project management, and user training to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain activities.
Responsibilities
Regularly analyze data, workflow, and processes using numerical and statistical analyses to make quantifiable cost-benefit recommendations for improvements in areas such as fill rate, inventory, supply planning, and network optimization.Create measurement systems, reports, and forecasts to support cost, quality, and delivery improvements.Own and publish key performance indicators in a frequency defined by the business.Conduct advanced data analysis using tools like Power BI and Excel.Compile and reconcile data from multiple sources for use by Business Partners and Senior Leaders.Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis to stakeholders.Identify underperforming areas within the supply chain and recommend improvements.Conceptualize and build centralized tools, including dashboards, for the Global Operations team to use in daily business management.Collaborate with end users to gather KPI details and data requirements for new dashboards.Develop user training for dashboards and analytics platforms to increase adoption across the organization.Engineer novel ways to extract data from legacy platforms efficiently and reliably.Perform project management functions for new business implementations and lead departmental tasks.Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure the implementation of effective systems.Facilitate user acceptance testing and drive the adoption of reporting toolsets across the Supply Chain organization.Essential Skills
3-5 years of Supply Chain Data Analytics experience.Experience with SAP and Power BI.Advanced experience with MS Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word).Experience in leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with project management.Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Transportation is a plus.Professional certifications such as CLTD, CPIM, or CSCP are preferred.Experience with coding languages, M Code, and DAX is a huge plus.Work Environment
The role offers a hybrid work schedule with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Murrysville, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
