This role is key to optimizing warehouse operations, procurement processes, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities + Performance Measurement: + Develop and maintain reports and KPIs to evaluate procurement effectiveness, vendor discounting, and freight terms. + Data Analysis & Insights: + Analyze inventory levels, order volumes, picking/packing efficiency, and labor utilization to provide actionable insights. + Data Integrity & Optimization: + Ensure operational data accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement in purchasing, pricing, and warehouse operations. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: + Partner with inventory control, purchasing, pricing, and warehouse teams to solve operational challenges. + Profit-Minded Strategy: + Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiencies through data analysis. + Warehouse Operations Support: + Spend approximately 30% of time on-site supporting warehouse operations and assisting with the launch of a new facility in Detroit Lakes. Required Skills & Experience + 3+ years as a systems, business, or operations analyst in wholesale, distribution, or supply chain. + Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Infor Cloud Suite Distribution, Epicor Prophet21, Oracle NetSuite). + Experience with warehouse management/logistics software. Preferred Qualifications + Industry experience in building materials. + Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
