Responsibilities for Employment
+ Demand Planning: deep dive into the monthly forecast review meeting with sales & marketing, discuss and align major changes about future demand, eg. promotion, events, new product launch, tenders etc.
+ Participate S&OP (Sales & Operation planning) cycle, update latest business insights to regional & global SOP team related to demand change, on hand inventory, as well as the actual delivery lead time, ensure a robust supply planning to maintain the right inventory level and avoid stock out situation.
+ Collaborate with supply planning, production, and inventory teams to ensure optimal product availability and stock turnover
+ Generate purchase orders based on ROP (re-order point) methodology, monitor and follow up with Sourcing sites to ensure OTIF (on-time-in-full) delivery. Escalate any potential delay to immediate supervisor as needed.
+ Inventory management: regular review and analyze inventory report, share the analytical result to regional & global team in case any potential high inventory or stock out.
+ Drive E&O risk mitigation and prevention, Review the target stock implementation and optimize the safety stock coverage, analyze the excess and slow-moving inventory, reduce unhealthy inventory with cross functional teams
+ Develop material supply plan to meet replenish requirement, work with factory and procurement for short/long term material planning, fast response for material unavailability of logistics, quality and demand change etc. Develop differentiated supply model to improve supply agility ensure material supply sufficiency and inventory health.
+ Support NPI launch from Supply Chain perspective.
+ Other activities/projects as delegated from management.
Qualifications
**Education**
+ Bachelor degree or above, major in Supply Chain, Business Management, logistics, business administration, international trade is preferred.
**COMPETENCIES** **:**
+ At least 5 years in Supply Chain Management, at least 2-3 years experiences as member of SCM Projects and be good at data analysis. other ERP Modules like DP, PP, SD, CS etc. is a plus
+ Experience working in a matrix organization of business units and business functions.
+ Proficient use in office, better to have experience in ERP, CRM, WMS, etc.
+ Proficient use in English, strong at communication
+ High sense of responsibility, team work and priority
+ Quick learner, dare to address complicated issue with good problem-solving skill
