Job Description
The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, evaluate system performance, and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic decision-making across supply chain, inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment functions. This role involves 30% of work on the warehouse side, identifying discrepancies, and supporting the implementation of a new building in Detroit Lakes. Additionally, 40% of the role involves working with BI tools, Excel, and data extraction, as well as assisting the pricing department to develop more competitive pricing strategies.
ResponsibilitiesGenerate and analyze key performance indicators to measure business performance and maintain comprehensive reporting to evaluate procurement operational effectiveness and its impact on warehouse operations.Provide meaningful insights by collecting and analyzing data related to procurement and warehouse logistics, such as inventory levels, order volumes, picking and packing efficiency, and labor utilization, and communicate updates to business stakeholders.Ensure data integrity by maintaining accuracy and consistency, and identify opportunities for operational improvements in purchasing, pricing, and warehouse operations.Collaborate with various departments, including inventory control, purchasing, pricing, and warehouse management, to gather data, understand requirements, and develop solutions for operational challenges.Adopt a profit-minded approach to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost reductions through data analysis, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement changes.Essential SkillsStrong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Infor CloudSuite Distribution, Epicor Prophet21, Oracle NetSuite).Industry experience in a building-related field.3+ years of experience as a systems analyst, business analyst, or operations analyst, preferably in a wholesale, distribution, or supply chain environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsWarehouse Management/Logistics Software Experience preferred.Work Environment
The position is based on-site in Minne every day, reporting to the operations manager. The role involves collaboration across 15 different locations nationwide. This opportunity offers a smaller company feel with a competitive benefits package.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
