Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Supply Planning Analyst to join our upper extremities deployment team. This role is pivotal in managing data updates and dashboard maintenance, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data reporting. The analyst will work extensively with Power BI dashboards, Excel tracking sheets, and ERP systems. On-the-job training and collaboration with existing team members will be provided to support onboarding.
ResponsibilitiesManage and update data using Power BI and Excel tracking sheets.Ensure timely and accurate data reporting from ERP systems.Collaborate with team members to fill the gap in deployment tasks.Maintain dashboards and perform minor updates as required.Extract and manage data from ERP systems, with a preference for JDE 9.1.Essential Skills2–5 years of experience in data analytics or supply planning.Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office.Ability to manage and extract data from ERP systems (JDE 9.1 preferred).Comfortable with Excel-based tracking and updates.Strong determination and positive attitude.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in supply chain or inventory management.Familiarity with Data Access Studio.Background in dashboard maintenance and minor updates.Exposure to remote team collaboration.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Willingness to learn and grow within the role.Work Environment
The position is fully remote, requiring work during Central Time Zone hours. You will be part of a collaborative remote team, supported by experienced colleagues. Tools used include Power BI, Excel, JDE 9.1, and Data Access Studio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.26 - $32.26/hr.
