Job Description
The role of Supply Chain Analyst encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including end-to-end deployment order management, handling Problem Service Reports, providing post-deployment support, managing internal material requisitions, and troubleshooting delivery and supply gaps. This position requires a proactive and motivated self-starter who is passionate about operational processes, capable of analyzing trends, and recommending as well as implementing process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for technology and a drive to elevate operational standards. Excellent writing and communication skills, sound judgment, and keen attention to detail are essential, along with actively supporting and fostering a culture of inclusion within the team.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate and communicate with internal/external stakeholders on site health readiness and maintain a high standard of delivery excellence.Execute Equipment Install Plan (EIP) versus Sales Order (SO) mismatches; resolve and troubleshoot customer ticket issues.Drive operational excellence by contributing to key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).Drive order management (OM) process improvements, cost optimization, and scalability initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership.Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion.Maintain and update internal documentation for internal training and reference.Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste.Problem-solve and design solutions for the network.Maintain and update internal documentation for internal training and reference.Essential SkillsEnd-to-end experience in Supply Chain.Ability to deep dive into complex problems and develop mitigation plans.Drive execution by partnering with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical abilities and high proficiency in creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline.Strong Math, Logical, Problem Solving skills.Analyst work background or focus in higher education.Conceptual understanding of systems, configuration management, planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline.Strong Math, Logical, Problem Solving skills.Strong analytical abilities and high proficiency in creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel.Analyst work background or focus in higher education.Conceptual understanding of systems, configuration management.Work Environment
This position is on-site, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
