The Supply Chain Analyst will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across Burlington’s Supply Chain organization. Under the guidance of the Manager of Supply Chain Analytics, this role will be responsible for developing, modifying, and validating reports and dashboards, analyzing data for accuracy and insights, and providing ad-hoc analytical support. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently on a range of reporting and analytics tasks. This individual will also act as a quality checkpoint for team outputs and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Supply Chain Analytics function.
A Day In The Life:Collaborate with cross-functional users throughout the Supply Chain to design, test, and implement new or modified reports using tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
Review and validate daily reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and reasonableness before distribution, taking ownership of data quality and resolving discrepancies proactively.
Support month-end financial processes, including accruals for freight and payroll expenses, and assist with coordinating stakeholder communications.
Provide hands-on analytical support for ad-hoc requests by developing queries and datasets that align with business logic and operational workflows.
Lead continuous improvement efforts by reassessing existing reporting processes and recommending enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Supervise the quality and accuracy of reporting work conducted by the team and offer guidance to support clerical staff, without direct supervisory responsibility.
Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders with questions about supply chain data and reporting.
You'll Come With:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.3–5 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or a related role, preferably within a supply chain or logistics environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and AccessWorking knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy, etc.)Familiarity with Visual Basic is a plusUnderstanding of supply chain processes and data flowsCertifications in Power BI, SQL, or other relevant tools are a plus.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesDetail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality deliverablesAbility to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environmentCome join our team.
