Supply Chain Administrator ( Monrie,WA)
Job Title: Supply Chain AdministratorJob Description This position is centered around managing system-based processes for shipping and receiving. The role involves working collaboratively within a team to physically receive and stock materials, packaging and sending work-in-progress to external vendors, and packaging and shipping finished goods. All tasks must be performed accurately and reported in the software system. Responsibilities + Handle system-based processes for shipping and receiving. + Work as part of a team to physically receive and stock materials. + Package and send work-in-progress to outside vendors. + Package and ship finished goods. + Perform all tasks accurately and report in the software system. + Split time between office and outdoor warehouse locations. + Provide backup support for purchase order generation and customer order entry. + Perform scanning and filing duties. + Collaborate effectively as a team member and operate independently when needed. Essential Skills + Experience in supply chain, shipping, receiving, and purchasing. + Proficiency in data entry and administrative support. + Expertise in Excel data entry and logistics. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Inside sales or customer service experience is beneficial. + Experience with MRP/ERP systems such as Epicor is advantageous. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Flexibility and a positive attitude. Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The role involves spending half of the time in office space and the other half in a shop environment. The team is small and intimate, allowing for a more personalized work experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
