JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This position supports the Supplier Compliance team with design, programming, configuration and implementation to systems and business processes that meet the Company’s internal and external client needs within the Supplier Support team. Main focus will be on the vendor credentialing and the e-spend and e-procurement platforms. The Supplier Support Engagement Specialist will assist the Supplier Support Software Managers in troubleshooting daily issues and overall support of all related systems.JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Provides support by maintaining the Service Desk queue and ensuring all standard tickets are resolved within timeframes/goals established by department
2. Maintains knowledge on expense management system processes, ensures all processes and procedures are followed
3. Creates/updates/deactivates user credentials in systems, as necessary
4. Troubleshoots invoices integration errors, communicates with additional teams as needed for resolution
5. Performs various audits in each system as scheduled or necessary
6. Level I Issue Troubleshooting (collecting basic information, using standard responses)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· College degree in Information Systems or related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred.
· Two or more years of demonstrated ability working on software support/implementation projects, development activities, and overall database administration.
· Must have knowledge of standard business analysis, business process definition and project management concepts and tools.
· Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain financial data to executive and senior managers, team members, and internal and external clients, business contacts, and customers.
· Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of an accounting and financial background sufficient to comprehend basic accounting principles.

Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
