Skills and Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop-floor quality role • Experience in HVDC, power transformers, or heavy electrical equipment is desirable • Strong attention to detail and a hands-on working approach • Confident working directly on the shop floor • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Able to work independently and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders
