Supplier Quality Representative

Boeing is currently hiring a Supplier Quality Specialist in Italy – Foggia. 

This role will lead and report audits and assessments of complex suppliers' systems, processes and products, including inspections on various types of hardware and assemblies. Monitors quality control activities and systems at supplier facilities and maintains feedback loops.

Position Responsibilities:

Ensures supplier notifications of quality escapes are processed as required; evaluate supplier Root Cause Analysis and proposed corrective action plansAssists with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future workProvides supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives to develop and improve supplier performance and productivityMonitors quality improvement initiatives at supplier; develops training materials and other resources to support improvements in supplier performance and productivity

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Bachelor’s degree and typically a minimum of 2 years or more related work experience, or a Master’s degree.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organizationFluent in English in spoken and written. Italian communication skills are highly desired

Work Authorization:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Italy. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in Italy.
