The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for our manufacturing facility in Orlando, FL to, under minimal direction, manage several elements of the quality management system and other process quality initiatives to remain in alignment with business needs. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of engineering concepts and can support the strategic and operational objectives of the business. This position is full-time, based at our Orlando facility.
Responsibilities:
Support and continuously improve Supplier Quality for product line manufacturing operations at the Orlando site and others across the Operating Group.Develop and prepare supplier scorecards, reports and presentations to communicate process performance and monitor key metricsOversee the supplier audit schedule, perform audits, audit reporting. Ensure Supplier Corrective Actions for process and/or product nonconformities are defined and implemented in a timely manner.Handle documentation of nonconforming material and ensure timely disposition. Evaluate need and then administrate SCARsCollaborate with the director, managers, and individual contributors within Manufacturing, Engineering and other disciplines to sustain and improve production processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.Perform source inspectionsLead improvement efforts with suppliers to meet engineering and quality requirementsEvaluate suppliers for inclusion onto the Approved Supplier List as neededMaintain relevant Quality documentation as part of our AS9100 certificationHelp focus improvement efforts by preparing process data and identifying trends
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 5 years experience with Supplier Quality Improvement and TroubleshootingManufacturing product realization experience in PCBAs for flight hardwareExperienced in Supplier Quality and concepts including QMS and manufacturing process audits, SCARs, source inspection, MIPs, and flow down of requirementsExperience with reading and interpreting PCBA schematics, Gerber files, and assembly instructionsEstablished knowledge of engineering and manufacturing operations in Aerospace and Space flight environmentsStrong communication & presentation skillsAbility to successfully work across multiple levels and organizationsExperience in data analysis, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Root Cause and Corrective ActionStrong computer literacy, with MS Office/PC expertise, and demonstrated experience with applicable systems, programs, equipment, etc.Bachelor’s degree in a technical field of study preferred. Related experience in Supplier Quality, Electronics Manufacturing, and Mission Assurance may be considered in lieu of a degree. If required, candidate must be able to obtain/retain a government security clearance at the level required to perform the duties of the positionPrevious Certification in IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and/or J-STD-001 Space AddendumSome travel may be expected for this position (up to 35%)

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$65,000 - $136,500
