Responsible for all quality control and inspection from assigned site/factories. • Full time work at assigned site/factories • Expected to do inspection for all shipments out of assigned site/factories. • Take responsibility for the components from outsourced suppliers, mostly Iron casting. • Help ensure the quality of their machining workshop. • Help ensure the quality of their assembly workshop. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: + Take ownership of assigned supplier shipment quality control. + Make sure all products are inspected before delivery. + Collect and summary the inspection date, report to related team. + Provide effective and professional support to shipment activities, when needed, + Address timely and effective communication internally and externally. + Escalate the critical issues to management for support, when necessary. + Support other SQE to get more clear information for quality issue from related plant. + Other job assigned by leader. EDUCATION: + College or above, Engineering & mechanical is preferred QUALIFICATIONS: + A minimum of 6 years of Quality control or inspection related experience. + Have iron & SS casting process & quality control experience. + Have experience Iron and SS machining quality control experience. + Valve or similar products work experience are preferred. + Professional skills: Can read the drawings and use measuring instruments; + Computer: Basic skills in operating office software (such as Word, Excel, etc.) + Communication skills: good expression skills and be able to communicate effectively + Language skills: Mandiran & English (Reading & Writing)
