Job Description
We are seeking a Supplier Maintenance Specialist for an open-ended contract role to cover for someone who is on leave. The duration of the contract could be as short as two months or extend beyond six months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. We need a flexible individual who is open to an ongoing contract role.
ResponsibilitiesSet up new suppliers or cosigners to facilitate payment.Verify banking information accurately.Process invoices received through accounts payable or from auction sales.Maintain high attention to detail in all tasks.Learn and efficiently use multiple systems, including Oracle.Provide customer service and set up new customers in the system.Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.Solve problems as they arise.Essential SkillsExperience in data entry and customer service.Knowledge of banking procedures and vendor management.Proficiency in vendor maintenance and support.Strong communication skills.Problem-solving capabilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with setting up new suppliers or cosigners.Background in banking, such as teller experience, is beneficial.Ability to learn and adapt to multiple systems, especially Oracle.Work Environment
This role is primarily office-based, with the potential to transition to a hybrid or remote position if the contract extends beyond September. The contract is open-ended, offering flexibility in work arrangements.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
