Job summary:

The Procurement Operations Analyst (Supplier Onboarding & Compliance) will play a critical role in ensuring accurate supplier information and compliance throughout the supplier onboarding and offboarding process. Your responsibilities include capturing and maintaining supplier master data in procurement systems, conducting compliance assessments prior to onboarding, and collaborating with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure all documentation meets governance and audit requirements.

What you will be doing:

Capture, validate, and maintain accurate supplier data and documentation in procurement systemsConduct compliance checks prior to supplier onboarding, ensuring adherence to governance and regulatory standardsManage end-to-end supplier onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion and accurate recordsWork closely with Finance and Procurement teams to align data requirements and resolve discrepanciesAddress data-related issues promptly and escalate complex problems when necessaryWork closely with suppliers, finance, and procurement teams to resolve issues and maintain service qualityMaintain audit-ready records of supplier data, compliance checks and onboarding activitiesIdentify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes and improve data accuracyEnsure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements across all activitiesDeliver responsive, high-quality support to stakeholders, ensuring a positive procurement experience

Position requirements:

+3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categoriesExperience with supplier onboarding and master data managementFamiliar with compliance checks and governance requirementsUnderstanding of supplier lifecycle managementExperience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industryUnderstanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, CoupaDemonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing othersProven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectivesPassion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
