ROLE SUMMARY
Manage and fulfill repair industrialization projects, manufacturing engineering support and centralized leadership for repair shops and suppliers. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution, metrics for performance and overall impact to the Services organization. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

Roles and Responsibilities
Will manage repair industrialization projects in the system of record and work across the organizational matrix to achieve appropriate repair readiness levels for shops and/or suppliers
Will lead projects directly tied to business financials to the Services organization
Utilizes in-depth knowledge and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
Escalation abilities and leadership skills necessary to work global challenges
Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes/proposals with engineering organizations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
Developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within project scope. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Lean manufacturing expertise or lean foundational skills will be used in this role
Some travel may be necessary for critical project execution; this could include global travel to shops/suppliers (10-15% or less)

Required Qualifications
engineering/ technical degree (minimum Bachelor’s level) at area of Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science,
demonstrated ability to utilize Route Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) to identify and analyze problems,
strong oral and written communication skills English and Hungarian,
strong interpersonal skills,
ability to influence others and lead small teams,
effective problem identification and solution implementation skills,
lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact,
ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously,
proven analytical and data visualization skills,
advanced use of MS Office tools such as Excel and Word.

Prior experience in manufacturing
prior experience in area of R&D or New Product Introduction Initiatives,
Degree at Aerospace, Power or Machine design engineering degree,
experience in product, new product implementation and/or quality engineering,
understating and practical use of Aviation Regulatory system and nomenclature,
data visualization skills (scorecards, metrics development).
