As a Supervisory Management Business Analyst and Reporting Specialist in the Central Supervision E-comm Review team, you review electronic communications to detect potential client complaints and regulatory breaches. You help us maintain confidentiality, ensure compliance, and support a positive client experience. We work together to meet performance targets and drive continuous improvement. Your contributions strengthen our risk management and operational controls.
Job Responsibilities
Review internal and external electronic communications daily to identify potential regulatory violations and client complaintsUphold strict client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionAdhere to Service Level Agreements and established policies and proceduresCollaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targetsAnalyze process flows and propose solutions for operational efficiencyMaintain thorough documentation of procedures and implement additional controlsAddress miscellaneous requests and assist with research and investigationBuild strong relationships with cross-functional and geographically diverse teamsCommunicate effectively with diverse audiencesContribute to a culture of compliance and innovationSupport continuous improvement initiatives
