As a Supervisory Business Associate within our dynamic Global Supervision team, you will play a critical role in promoting complex analysis, supporting regulatory initiatives, and influencing process enhancements across US and International businesses.
Job responsibilities:
• Own and deliver complex reporting and analysis on standing metrics, including population reporting for US and International Private Bank.
• Perform in-depth analysis of volumes, trends, and risk indicators to identify opportunities for refinement, automation, or enhanced controls.
• Lead policy and lexicon reviews, including test policy/lexicon analysis, validation, and recommendations for enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate regulatory or business requirements into actionable supervisory solutions.
• Submit, manage, and track tickets for program updates and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
• Provide guidance and oversight to analysts on day-to-day activities, including quality reviews and feedback.
• Serve as a key backup and escalation point for the E-Communications team as needed.
• Handle complex or sensitive requests related to process reviews, investigations, and regulatory inquiries.
• Contribute to broader global initiatives and projects, including process optimization, control enhancements, and documentation updates.
• Proactively identify operational risks and control gaps, and recommend sustainable mitigation strategies.

• Proficiency in database querying languages such as SQL and/or Python, or demonstrated ability to quickly develop expertise.
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
• Advanced knowledge of securities industry rules, regulations, and supervisory expectations.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in a regulatory, risk, or supervision-related environment.
• Experience in stakeholder management, including influencing decisions and driving alignment.
