Supervisor Technical Program Delivery
Job Description Responsible for leading a team focused on executing complex technical programs that align with business objectives. This role involves operational oversight with hands-on program delivery, emphasizing risk management, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination. It ensures effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders while fostering best practices and continuous improvement. Responsibilities for this role include providing leadership and mentorship to drive high-performing, collaborative teams Partners with technical and non-technical leaders to understand desired business outcomes. Works with stakeholders to define programlevel strategy and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Prepares and delivers comprehensive reporting for program status, key metrics, and financial performance. Implements and continuously improves project management processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability. Effectively allocates resources, balancing capacity with evolving project demands and priorities. Provides leadership and escalation support for risk and issue management, guiding teams in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks. Fosters a highperforming, engaged team by shaping team culture, structure, and collaboration. Establishes clear, outcome-oriented metrics to evaluate and strengthen individual and team performance. Develops standards and indicators to assess workload distribution and optimize staffing. Assists in the development and oversight of team operational and capital budgets. Builds and maintains effective vendor relationships to support project and program success. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Regulatory Compliance - Proven skills in compliance with complex regulatory requirements. [Preferred] • Vendor Relationships - Proven skills in developing and maintaining successful relationships with third-party application and hardware vendors. [Preferred] • Program Management - Extensive experience in managing large-scale technical programs or projects. [Required] • Project Management - Proven experience in delivering and managing large-scale technical projects, with a deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile. [Required] • Project Management Tools - Proficiency with industry-standard project management platforms and tools. [Required] • Operational Delivery - Expertise in operational project delivery/management, including risk management, resource management, and reporting. [Required] • Communication Skills - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and provide clear, actionable updates. [Required] • Technical Understanding - Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with technical infrastructure teams. [Required] • Stakeholder Management - Skilled in bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. [Required] • Leadership Skills - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and supervise both direct reports and broader teams, foster collaboration, and drive project success. [Required] • Performance Assessment - Ability to assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide targeted coaching where appropriate. [Required] • Remote Team Management - Ability to effectively manage remote teams and utilize remote collaboration tools. [Required] • Documentation and Reporting - Proven skills in maintaining accurate project documentation and providing transparent, up-to-date project status reports. Skills and Requirements 5+ years in managing complex technical programs or projects in a large enterprise scale environment. 5 years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, including communicating project status, managing expectations, and addressing concerns. 2+ years of experience directly or indirectly managing cross-functional project delivery teams. Experience managing direct reports (10 PM) Bachelor Degree Cert: PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL Experience working in a healthcare environment Understand: SD WAN (silverpeak), PALO ALTO, Zscaler, Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow
