**Job Title: Supervisor / Team Lead** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced bilingual Team Lead to oversee operations in our Extrusion Flow Mold Department during the evening shift. This role is critical to ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and team coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities + Lead and supervise a team of extrusion flow mold operators during the designated shift. + Ensure all production targets and quality standards are met consistently. + Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs. + Train new team members on safety protocols, operational procedures, and quality expectations. + Maintain accurate shift reports, including production metrics, downtime, and personnel updates. + Promote a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and OSHA standards. + Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any production issues. Essential Skills + Previous experience in extrusion molding or related manufacturing processes. + Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. + Ability to work overnight shifts consistently. + High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in production management and supervision. + Ability to enforce safety and continuous improvement practices. + Familiarity with inventory management. Work Environment Work in a non-climate-controlled environment within a plastics manufacturing facility. The evening shift operates Monday through Thursday from 6pm to 6am. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
