The Poker Floor Supervisor is responsible for implementing procedures, monitoring performance of personnel to ensure smooth and efficient gaming operations in accordance with the Seminole Gaming Enterprise’s internal controls and the rules and procedures of the appropriate games.

Responsibilities Oversees the operations and conduct of Poker games and makes table decisions as necessaryPrepares and submits player rating informationMaintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibilityPerforms all other related  and compatible duties as assignedControls the games while assuring the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s rules and regulations are followedPromotes positive customer relations,  answers questions on Poker Room rules and regulations, remains abreast of entertainment and other general informationResolves customer disputes or refers them to the Poker Room Shift Manager as deemed appropriateAssures overall cleanliness and comfort level of assigned area Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is requiredPast employment experience as a Poker Floor Supervisor or Dual-Rate Poker Dealer/Floor Supervisor requiredMust possess organizational and interpersonal skills as well as a team oriented attitudeMust be willing and available to change shift days off and/or start time immediately upon effective date of employment/promotionMust present professional image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality while being able to project a professional imageAbility to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our Guests want to return, giving each Guest a positive, memorable entertainment experienceCommitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organization goals Additional Details Duties and responsibilities are typically performed on the Casino Floor in a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment, with constant exposure to general public and excessive noise.
