Recognizes how own actions impact on complianceWhat you need to have:
3+ years of experience in leading team and people managementPreferred - US insurance industry and process experience, financial or operations background experience.Proficient/expert in English along with the local language, only CV's in English will be considered.Good Facilitation skillsPossess problem solving skills and reasoning abilityAbility to adapt quicklyIdeate and identify opportunitiesOpen to adapt changesWhat makes you stand out:
