POSITION SUMMARY
Contribute to and supervise the Imaging team. Ensure all loan transfer image mapping is completed according to existing processes and procedures. Maintain all SLAs within the transfer timeline while aiming for zero defects within the transfer. Act as the accountable party for all image mapping. Image mapping is responsible for accuracy all the images that are loaded into OnBase for transfer assigned to analyst. Responsible for images being added to all incoming loans. Work with the Leadership to create, document and enforce department policies, procedures, and SLA’s.

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and improve processes within the groups to ensure maximum efficiency of the staff and other company resources.Lead a team of 3-5 Analysts to accurately and timely load all portfolios to test and production.Train incoming Analysts on the necessary procedures to map images.Maintain stated performance level for all assigned transfer mapping and validation.SME for data mapping necessary for images to be loaded into OnBase.Effectively manage direct reports across several centers.Develop with management solid image upload validation routines.Maintain and update exceptions to improve quality downstream.Maintain and update exceptions regarding transfer errors and work with the Portfolio Management and Deal Management groups to improve processes and eliminate transfer errors.Work in tandem with Deal Management to set the schedule to achieve overall transfer SLAs.Act as the owner for all assigned incoming servicing transfers related to images.Create, manage, and deliver reporting to senior management of the timeliness and accuracy of the group.Collaborate with individual business units to Improve the quality of document uploads.Run automated review checks for all transfers.Responsible for each assigned transfer meeting the established mapping SLAs.Create and manage automated document transfer processes.Collaborate with OnBase administrators to improve OnBase functionality for all servicing users.Performs related duties as assigned by management.Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in the field of Business, Data Analysis, computer science, process improvement, project management, etc.6+ years' experience in the field.Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
Certain after hours/weekend work may be necessary for projects or high business volume situations.After hours/ weekend email monitoring to ensure internal, client and homeowner satisfaction with transfers.Up to 20% travel to other company locations for projects, training, employee management, etc.Strong verbal communication skills; strong writing and composition abilities.Strong analytical skills & problem-solving abilities.Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong Microsoft Office skillsSINDHP3
