Position Brand Description:

The Supervisor – IDAP Apollo Operations for providing shift leadership in Apollo Device Assembly and Packaging area.  The Supervisor is responsible for daily operations including: safety of the area, ensuring compliance with all policies/procedures/training, development of operators, ensuring resources are scheduled accordingly per the production plan, and helping resolve any production issues.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

Demonstrating and delivering a strong safety culture for the shiftDelivering strong quality performance for the shift in accordance with established proceduresEnsuring the shift follows all cGMP requirementsEnsuring staffing of the device assembly lines with trained/qualified operatorsSupervising, developing, and coaching operatorsIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity, and driving improvement in these areasCommunicating with area leadership and support personnel on safety, quality, engineering, and operational issuesInitiating and leading Trackwise events for safety/quality incidents that occur in the area

Minimum Requirements:

Strong safety and quality mindsetDemonstrated leadership abilityKnowledge of and experience with cGMP requirementsBasic computer skills including SAP, PMX, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.Ability to communicate to various levels of the organization (operators, maintenance, engineers, managers, etc)Process improvement mindsetAbility to work overtime as requiredDevice Assembly or Packaging Operations experience

Additional Preferences:

Previous supervisor experienceAbility to navigate SAP, EWM, PMX

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

This is a 12-hour night shift position.Position may work with various Lilly products.Work hours and start times may vary.Overtime may be required.Some roles require ability to work with controlled substances – background check is required for those instances.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$35.33 - $57.12

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
