Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Job overview and responsibilities

Supervises Facility Technician team performance and execution against all division and corporate maintenance objectives; this includes maintenance customer (SLA) service level agreement compliance, maintenance cycle time, service level goals / tolerances, planned and preventative maintenance program compliance and operational performance goals.

Supervises Mechanic team performance and execution against all division and corporate maintenance objectives; this includes maintenance customer (SLA) service level agreement compliance, maintenance cycle time, service level goals / tolerances, planned and preventative maintenance program compliance and operational performance goalsLeads and supports efficient and effective team maintenance operations in a positive, productive and safe work environmentSupervises maintenance productivity, supplies, appropriate resources, and tools as needed, coordinates technical training, manages employee dependability issues, supports team recognition program and supports employee accountability programs in accordance with policyLead safe and environmentally compliant maintenance operations and support all safety / OSHA, environmental and training programs complianceSupports safety mitigation programs and leads investigations that support root cause analysis of accidents, injuries and incidences involving facility areas or team personnelIdentifies the need for change and / or improvement and executesMaintains proactive communication and positive relations with maintenance team and customer group stakeholdersManages accurate and effective customer reporting and communication programs while sustaining positive customer service and effectiveness ratingsQualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

 

High school diploma or equivalent3+ years’ experience in a maintenance related roleManagement experience – leading operational teamsLeadership, communication skills, attention to detail, timeliness to priorities.Computer Skill (outlook, e-mail, word, excel, ppt, project management formats are a few)Budget experience Customer Service ExperienceMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The base pay range for this role is $115,990.20 to $141,765.80.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
