Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Production Supervisor to lead and support our team of Mixer Operators. This role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of our personal care products. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, an experience in manufacturing or chemical mixing, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of Mixer Operators to ensure efficient production processes.Maintain high standards of safety and quality control in all production activities.Manage inventory control and oversee machine operations.Operate forklifts and utilize RF scanners as needed.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.Communicate effectively with team members and management.Essential Skills2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Experience with batching, mixing, or chemical handling.Strong understanding of safety and quality control procedures.Experience operating forklifts (sit-down preferred) and using RF scanners.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Proficiency with basic computer systems and production software.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Experience working in a physically active environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic and fast-paced production setting with available shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The role involves physical activity, requiring lifting and machine operation, in a facility equipped with necessary production technologies.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
