Job Description

Serves as a professional nurse leader in coordinating the daily operation of multiple clinic areas.  Actively participates in departmental quality assessment and performance improvement programs, budgetary monitoring, staffing and the patient satisfaction/customer service activities.  Ensures provision of quality care in the clinics.  Works under the direction of the Department Director or designee.

Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesBSN or the equivalent in a combination of education and relevant experienceMinimum of three (3) years of experience in area of specialty preferred, with a minimum of one year of management experience required.Strong verbal and written communication skills required.Strong organizational skills required.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Outgoing person with high service orientation.Sound judgment, sufficient to ensure the integrity of operations and to provide exemplary leadership in the development of teamwork among staff.Considerable problem solving skills.High degree of professionalism and personal presence.Missouri nursing license as a registered professional nurse.Maintains current BCLS
