**Job Description**
Serves as a professional nurse leader in coordinating the daily operation of multiple clinic areas. Actively participates in departmental quality assessment and performance improvement programs, budgetary monitoring, staffing and the patient satisfaction/customer service activities. Ensures provision of quality care in the clinics. Works under the direction of the Department Director or designee.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
+ BSN or the equivalent in a combination of education and relevant experience
+ Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of specialty preferred, with a minimum of one year of management experience required.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
+ Strong organizational skills required.
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
+ Outgoing person with high service orientation.
+ Sound judgment, sufficient to ensure the integrity of operations and to provide exemplary leadership in the development of teamwork among staff.
+ Considerable problem solving skills.
+ High degree of professionalism and personal presence.
+ Missouri nursing license as a registered professional nurse.
+ Maintains current BCLS
