Job Title: Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee operations within our facility, ensuring high output and adherence to quality standards. The role involves providing leadership and technical direction to enhance team performance in line with departmental metrics.

Responsibilities

Supervise operations within the facility to achieve higher output.Provide leadership in establishing standard processes and tools.Manage personnel performance, including conducting employee reviews, taking disciplinary actions, managing time and attendance, assigning overtime, and organizing employee training.Report daily on key metrics and ensure adherence to daily targets.Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires.Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within the facility.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in operations management.Strong supervisory skills.Experience with P&L management.Knowledge in production and engineering.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Engineering, or any related field.5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years of providing manufacturing production supervision over assigned personnel.
