Reports To: Operations Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a Supervisor to lead and coordinate business activities for one or more designated departments on 1st and 2nd Shift. This role is critical in driving safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while managing people and resources effectively. You will oversee a span of control ranging from 15:1 to 30:1 per shift.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate daily operations for assigned departments.Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Industrial Hygiene standards.Oversee People Management, staffing, and manpower planning.Drive customer satisfaction through efficient workflow and process improvements.Supervise and develop team members within your span of control.Essential SkillsProven experience in supervisory roles within manufacturing.Strong leadership and team development capabilities.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to adapt to continuous change and fast-paced environments.Additional QualificationsProficient in written and verbal communication for both large and small groups.Detail-oriented with strong data reporting and trend analysis skills.Flexible problem-solving approach and ability to make quick decisions.Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterloo, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $43.00/hr.
