Job Description
As a Supervisor, you will coach safety, quality, and productivity to ensure that objectives are met by following standardized work. You will verify the line's operation through process confirmation, ensuring it runs safely, smoothly, and produces quality parts. You will support continuous improvement and coach problem resolution at the lowest level. Creating a conducive work environment through communication and recognition is key, and you will administer basic supervisory responsibilities and documents. You will be responsible for daily material handling functions for the facility and department, ensuring proper material flow from receiving dock to warehouse storage, production line feed location, and delivery of finished product to customers. You will provide direction and support in resource allocation to cover material handling responsibilities, support production systems, and synchronous material flow through lean manufacturing practices. Leading and managing unionized hourly personnel while building team leader and team member capability is essential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
