Supervisor, Revenue Cycle

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities** + Manages the revenue cycle department in various duties such as account management, communications with insurance providers, collections, cash posting, contract analysis, and billing. + Implements an effective system to ensure that accurate billing information is entered into the billing system. + Evaluates financial hardship applications while maintaining compliance with the company's regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols and standards. + Coordinates the handling of patient complaints in respect to billing and collections to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. + Assists management in defining project scope and deliverables that achieve goals and comply with the company's regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols and standards. + Coordinates cross-functional activities and communications with internal and client teams to further Revenue Cycle success. + Implements feedback from key stakeholders to assess revenue cycle performance and partner with vendors to meet established benchmarks and goals. + Manages staff performance by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings. + Devises department workflow and staffing to ensure industry-proven best practices are instilled within the company's strategies and end product offerings. **Education** + Post secondary /high school education or specialized training, i.e., technical/vocational programs. **Required Qualifications:** + 3-5 years of reconciliation and/or analyst experience + Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills + Working knowledge of business intelligenceWorking knowledge of problem solving and decision making skillsAdept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills **Preferred Qualifications:** + Working knowledge of collaboration and teamwork + Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) preferred. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $76,500.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
