Hours: 9-5pm

ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support intake & pre‑suit case managers.Monitor workflow, deadlines, and case progression.Ensure accuracy of case files, documentation, and client communications.Assist with resolving client issues and case bottlenecks.Collaborate with attorneys and leadership on status updates and operational needs.Requirements3-5+ years of PI pre‑suit experiencePrior supervisory or lead experience requiredStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Familiarity with PI case management systems.
