Minimum of 5 years experience in a bulk terminal environment and knowledge of operating proceduresMust have leadership and management experience with a diverse workforceCERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must have and maintain a valid drivers license and be insurable by the company insurance carrierMust be able to obtain and maintain security clearances as requiredCOMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications, including, but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerpointMust be able to read, interpret and train othersMust be able to develop alternate solutions, resolve issues, manage difficult situations, and respond to internal / external requests for information to meet commitmentsMust be able to communicate in a clear and precise manner in written and oral communications, in EnglishMust have working knowledge of rail and vessel operationsMust have experience working around marine operations.including harbor or mobile duty cycle cranesMust be able to conduct incident investigationsMust be able to take direction and give direction in a positive mannerPHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to work extended hours in emergencies, equipment or service interruptions and/or other necessary circumstancesWill be subjected to inside and outside environment.
