Job Title: Superintendent of ConstructionJob Description

We are seeking Traveling Superintendents to manage projects nationwide, focusing on commercial, industrial, and datacenter sectors.

ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Supervise subcontractors and construction activities on-site.Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Schedule project timelines and coordinate with various stakeholders.Essential Skills5-25 years of experience as a Project Superintendent, preferably as a Traveling Superintendent.Experience with ground-up projects valued at $15 million or more.Proficient in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Excel.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong business acumen with a focus on revenue generation and maintaining repeat customers.Experience leading projects from start to finish.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
