Schedule: M-F | 7am-3pm + OT
Job Description
As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of all projects from inception to completion. Your strong communication and leadership skills will be essential in fostering positive relationships with local building officials and leading the project team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and Communicate: Conduct daily task assignment meetings, clearly communicating goals and expectations to the onsite team.Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient progress.Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to site staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Resource Coordination: Schedule materials, tools, equipment, and manpower several weeks in advance to ensure seamless project execution.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with local building officials and other stakeholders.Time Management: Manage site staff time entries and ensure accurate record-keeping.Inter-Team Communication: Facilitate communication between multiple teams and subcontractors, coordinating daily and weekly plans to ensure each project wraps up at or before the desired deadline.Essential Skills5-10 years of construction experienceConstruction managementBlueprint reading and executionCommercial construction supervisionSubcontractor managementStrong communication and leadership skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.25 - $52.00/hr.
