Job Title: Superintendent Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee paving projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a superintendent role, particularly in public projects such as those for Penndot and the Turnpike. A NECEPT certification is a plus. The candidate must be willing to work nights during the summer. Responsibilities + Oversee a crew of 10-12 people. + Manage projects ranging from 2 million to 20 million. + Assist in project scheduling and coordination. + Supervise paving operations and compaction quality control. Essential Skills + 5-10 years of experience in a superintendent role for paving projects. + Experience with public projects such as Penndot and Turnpike. + Willingness to work nights during summer. Additional Skills & Qualifications + NECEPT certification is a plus. + Strong experience in construction management and planning. + Experience in construction quality management and supervision. + Familiarity with construction documents and commercial and highway construction.
