Description
\t\t\t\t\tRich Moe Enterprises is currently performing work on a project in Solomons Island MD. Project is set to last at least 6more months. Consists of replacing roof on commercial building and installing all new HVAC equipment. Looking for an experienced superintendent with both renovation and small base-build project experience. Must be able to manage multiple subcontractors on site. Maintain project budget and schedule. Order all inspections and permits.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $39.00 - $43.00/hr.
