We are seeking a motivated and experienced Superintendent to join our team, specializing in restaurant and fast food operations. This role involves overseeing construction projects as a General Contractor, with a primary focus on fast food establishments such as Chipotles.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage construction projects for fast food and restaurant operations.Act as the General Contractor, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Essential Skills

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent.Proven experience as a General Contractor.Expertise in restaurant and fast food construction projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with retail construction projects.Strong leadership and communication skills.

Work Environment

The work environment is focused on fast-paced restaurant and fast food construction projects, primarily involving Chipotles. The role requires overseeing projects as the General Contractor, ensuring a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfax, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
