Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to provide daily on-site supervision of subcontractors, ensuring that all construction activities are executed efficiently and safely. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring contractor production, schedule, and performance, as well as managing subcontractor coordination and compliance with federal procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide daily on-site supervision of subcontractors.Monitor contractor production, schedule, and performance.Manage subcontractor Daily Production Reports.Conduct safety audits and assist with contractor quality control and safety at construction locations.Assist subcontractors with Federal procedures and rules.Maintain 100% Safety Standards and Accountability in all areas of mandatory/regulatory requirements.Take necessary action when behaviors or conditions may be unsafe.Report and address all potential safety concerns, incidents, or issues promptly.Certify that all submittals are in compliance with contract requirements.Review plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met for each construction process.Review all catalog cuts and material submittals for compliance with plans and specifications.Ensure effective and timely preventive and corrective actions are taken, minimizing the recurrence of problems.Conduct pre-final inspections, establish a punch list if required, and ensure all deficiencies are corrected.Submit as-builts on finished projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
