Job Title: SuperintendentJob Description We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee a significant construction project involving the development of a brand new playground on Fort Myer base. This role requires a dedicated professional to manage and supervise the day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards are upheld and project goals are met. Responsibilities + Oversee the daily operations of the construction project. + Review and maintain the quality standards of the project. + Participate in meetings to discuss project progress. + Manage and uphold the project scope of work. Essential Skills + OSHA30 certification is required. + 5-8 years of federal construction experience. + Strong quality control skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + QCM certification is an added bonus. + EM385-1-1 certification is advantageous but not required. + Additional construction-related certifications are beneficial. + Must be a US Citizen. Work Environment The work will be conducted fully on-site at Fort Myer in Arlington, Virginia. The position is a result of new year awards starting sooner than anticipated, with current staff allocated to other projects.
