Superintendent Opportunities – Massachusetts We’re seeking experienced Superintendents to lead on‑site construction operations for commercial projects across Massachusetts. Responsibilities + Manage the daily plan and short‑interval schedules + Coordinate crews, materials, and inspections to meet project milestones + Conduct daily jobsite walks and track progress in real time + Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies + Provide full on‑site oversight throughout all phases of construction Essential Skills + 10+ years of commercial construction field experience with proven on‑site leadership + Strong construction management skills + Proficiency in subcontractor management + Experience with construction safety and quality control + MEP experience + HVAC/Mechanical experience + OSHA 30 certification Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Andover, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
