Job Title: Construction SuperintendentJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to oversee the daily on-site supervision of subcontractors, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

ResponsibilitiesProvide daily on-site supervision of subcontractors.Monitor contractor production, schedule, and performance, as well as coordinate on-site subcontractor scheduling.Manage subcontractor Daily Production Reports.Conduct safety audits and assist with contractor quality control and safety at construction locations.Assist subcontractors with understanding and complying with Federal procedures and rules.Maintain 100% compliance with safety standards and accountability in all mandatory and regulatory requirements.Take necessary actions when behaviors or conditions may be unsafe.Promptly report and address all potential safety concerns, incidents, and issues.Ensure all submittals comply with contract requirements.Review plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met for each construction process.Review all catalog cuts and material submittals for compliance with plans and specifications.Ensure effective and timely preventive and corrective actions are taken to eliminate or minimize recurrence of problems.Conduct pre-final inspections, establish punch lists if required, and ensure all deficiencies are corrected.Submit as-builts on finished projects.Essential Skills5+ years of Superintendent experienceExperience in commercial constructionExperience in new commercial construction projectsAdditional Skills & QualificationsHealthcare construction experience is preferred but not required.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
