Job Description

Project specifics: $135M Mixed Use and Multi-Family construction project. They are in need of someone to be responsible for of scheduling and coordinating with employees and Subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities Include

Deliver timely results to exceed company goals for profitability, schedule, quality & SafetyServes as the primary field contact for owners, project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution of project goalsCoordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, ensuring quality control & maintaining client relationshipLead daily/ weekly meetings with foreman & subcontractors to ensure alignment & efficiencyEstablish quality control plansResponsible for timely project closeout

Must Have

4 year degree within the AEC Space or equivalent experience10+ years of construction experienceMust have experience working on large scale projects $100M+Exceptional Scheduling & coordination skills to align all subcontractors and internal personnel on project deliverables

Nice to Have

Engineering certifications (P.E), OSHA, USGBC, CMMA, ASHE or similar

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Muskegon, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $73.00/hr.
