Job Title: Superintendent - Commercial ConstructionJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects. The role involves managing all aspects from civil works, curbs, and utilities to finishes and remodels. You will lead carpenters and subcontractors on school and multifamily new builds, assisting with layout and scheduling while managing multiple trades on site.

ResponsibilitiesManage all scopes of commercial construction projects including civil works, finishes, and remodels.Oversee carpenters and subcontractors on school and multifamily new build projects.Assist with layout, scheduling, and manage multiple trades on the job.Supervise foremen who conduct tool box talks.Utilize Bluebeam for project layout and scheduling.Ensure project schedules are created and maintained using Microsoft Project.Essential SkillsProficiency in construction and finish carpentry.Experience in commercial construction and layout.Strong leadership and management skills.Familiarity with Bluebeam and Microsoft Project.Additional Skills & QualificationsCertification from CITC or a union apprenticeship is preferred.Degree in construction management is advantageous.OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred but not required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment involves new construction commercial projects such as Cherry Creek School and Holly Hills School in South Denver. The role requires working 50-60 hour weeks, with responsibilities including opening and closing projects. The Superintendent will report to the General Superintendent and Operations Managers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $62.50/hr.
