About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily operations on our commercial construction sites. This role is critical to ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in construction management, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong ability to coordinate across teams and trades.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codesManage and maintain project schedules and timelinesReview and interpret construction schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate executionCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specificationsMaintain accurate project documentation and daily reportsTroubleshoot and resolve issues on-site to minimize delays and disruptionsSupport day-to-day functions including assisting trades and labor as neededRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience in construction management, general contracting, and commercial constructionStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsOSHA certifications preferredBilingual in English & Spanish preferredExperience with Tenant Improvement (TI) projects is a plusFamiliarity with safety protocols and quality control standardsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career advancementA collaborative and safety-focused work environmentThe chance to work on exciting and impactful commercial projects

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100,000.
