Pay Range
$19.00 - $19.00This is a 5-week intensive internship commitment, requiring daily attendance Monday-Friday 8-5pm from June 30th to August 6th. Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
This opportunity provides practical work experiences to college students assigned to various departments. Each department will develop job standards and guidelines for the position.
The MedXplore Program is an immersive, five-week summer internship and job shadowing experience, offering 200 hours of hands-on training in a hospital setting.
The program is designed to provide real-world exposure to healthcare culture, professional expectations, and career pathways.
Throughout the internship, students engage in a comprehensive curriculum with exposure to a wide range of healthcare professions and experiences, helping them build valuable skills and make informed decisions about their education and future careers.To reduce financial barriers, all interns are paid to support their participation.This internship is a grant funded by the Chicago Heal Initiative.
